With over 10 years of experience, Lance Simpson founded Nashville Advantage Real Estate Advisors in 2015 to provide fellow agents in the community a place to call home with a unique culture driven by a solid set of core values focused around family but driven by passion and results. Lance's "team concept" allows team members to focus on their strengths while relying on fellow agents to assist when needed.
